Dry environments, central heating, air conditioning and prolonged viewing on the screens of various devices, all affect eye health. Dry eyes, irritation, tearing are symptoms that can be treated with eye drops.

Proper use of eye drops

  1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, dry or wipe with a clean towel.

  5. Bring the tip of the bottle or pipette closer to the eyeball, about 3 cm from the eye.
  6. Gently squeeze the bottle so that the eye drops get into the eye.
  7. In this way, instill as many drops as indicated in the instructions or as recommended by your doctor, optometrist.

Benefits of using eye drops

Eye drops instantly moisturize the eye surface, refresh and help you feel comfortable. The use of drops is especially important for contact lens wearers, wearing the lenses all day. Eye drops are a relief for sensitive and allergic eyes that need more careful care and constant maintenance of moisture. They guarantee a great feeling and pleasant wearing of contact lenses for long hours.

Eye drops deal with redness and inflammation of the eye (small itching), as well as restore the tear film of the eye with just a few drops. Many drops can be used with contact lenses without the need to remove them.

Some eye drops even form a protective matrix on the surface of the eye, which prevents moisture from evaporating and helps the surface of the eye to regenerate. Even they help reduce eye tearing, sensitivity to light and wind, reduce dry eye symptoms.
