Menicon Progent is a specially effective cleaning agent that provides deep cleaning for rigid gas-permeable (RGP) contact lenses, removing protein deposits and sediment from the contact lens surface. Progent is suitable for all types of RGP contact lenses and is recommended to be used once every two weeks to ensure long-term cleanliness and comfort of contact lenses. Contact lenses are effectively cleaned by simply soaking them in the solution for up to 30 minutes.
Progent consists of two solutions:
- Solution A (NaClO): Contains sodium hypochlorite, which effectively removes protein deposits and disinfects contact lenses.
- Solution B (KBr): Contains potassium bromide and sodium hypobromite, which provide intensive cleaning and disinfect contact lenses.
