- Contact our customer service at info@lensor.eu . In the e-mail, please indicate:
○ the name of the returned product,
○ the order number,
○ your bank and bank account number for the return transaction. - We will transfer the money to the account you indicated in the e-mail letter within 14 business days after the returned product or products are received at Dr.Lensor fulfillment center.
*Toric, multifocal and other lenses, which are ordered special for customer and prescription glasses are not returnable.
